Complex Connect is a registered NDIS provider specialising in supporting people with complex needs and circumstances. With more than 15 years of combined experience across the disability and legal sectors, our team understands that complex situations often involve more than the NDIS alone.

We work with participants, families and support teams where disability may intersect with the justice system, mental health services, hospitals, housing and other service systems.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS COMPLEX SERVICE SYSTEMS

Our leadership team brings experience across law, disability advocacy, Specialist Support Coordination, Behaviour Support and case management. This multidisciplinary experience helps us identify where systems intersect, where gaps are occurring and what may be needed to move a complex situation forward.

Our experience includes navigating matters involving the NDIS, justice system, mental health services, hospitals, housing, alcohol and other drug services and community supports.

EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLEX NDIS MATTERS

Our experience includes complex SDA and SIL matters, hospital and prison discharge, Child Protection involvement, guardianship and administration matters, Disability Support Pension applications, Freedom of Information requests, VOCAT applications, Ombudsman complaints and connections with community legal services.

This broader experience can be particularly valuable where a participant's disability supports are affected by multiple services or systems and effective coordination requires an understanding of the bigger picture.
