Complex Connect is a registered NDIS provider with over 15 years of combined experience in the disability and legal sector. We are passionate about supporting participants with complex support needs, particularly those facing service system barriers in the justice system.
Our Directors have held positions as a Lawyer, Disability Advocate, Specialist Support Coordinator, Behaviour Support and Case Manager. Our experience has helped us identify gaps where systems intersect and overlap in respect to NDIS, Justice, Mental Health, hospitals, alcohol and drug services and housing. Our focus is to hold the relevant funding bodies accountable to ensure Participants are able to access the appropriate supports.
Our experience in Specialist Support Coordination includes successful SDA and SIL applications, Child Protection, and complex hospital and prison discharges. We also have experience in VCAT applications for guardianship and administration orders, DSP applications, Freedom of Information Requests, VOCAT applications, Ombudsman Complaints, VLA and community lawyer linkages etc.
