Wayne Fernandez
Wayne has over 10 years in the disability sector, in various roles including Positive Behaviour Support and Specialist Support Coordination. This has involved providing comprehensive assessments and coordination of supports for some of Victoria's highest risk and most complex participants. He has experience working with high cost and high risk forensic clients, experience supporting participants that due to AoD, behaviours, IVO's etc were facing homelessness, supporting bespoke SDA builds, and working with those with multiple and complex needs. Wayne has post-graduate qualifications in Psychology.
Danielle Fernandez
Danielle is a lawyer with extensive experience encompassing Victim's of Crime, Discrimination and Insurance law. Due to her desire to become more accessible and work more closely with people with disabilities, Danielle transitioned to the role of a Disability Advocate.
As a Disability Advocate, Danielle supported clients at AAT, provided guidance and support to NDIS providers and aided in complex Child Protection matters.
