Support Coordination & Specialist Support Coordination
If Support Coordination is included in your NDIS plan, our team can help you understand your funding, coordinate providers and services, manage complex support arrangements, and navigate challenges within the NDIS.
Positive Behaviour Support
We provide evidence-based behaviour support for participants with complex or challenging behaviours, working with the whole support team.
Recovery Coaching
Psychosocial recovery coaching to help participants living with mental health conditions build capacity and work toward their goals.
PERMAH Workers / Personalised Disability Support
Our PERMAH-trained support workers provide individualised one-to-one support focused on capacity building, independence, community participation and meaningful personal goals.
Specialist Case Management
An enquiry pathway — not an NDIS-registered support — for people with complex disability, ABI, psychosocial, forensic or multi-system needs. Subject to suitability and funding authorisation.
How to Access Our Supports
NDIS Participants
Complex Connect is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants with a wide range of needs, including people whose circumstances are complex, changing or difficult to navigate.
Families & Carers
You don't need to have everything figured out before contacting us. If your circumstances are complex, your supports aren't working together, or you're unsure where to start, contact our team and we can discuss the next step.
Support Coordinators & Professionals
We welcome referrals from support coordinators and other professionals. Use the relevant referral form to direct your enquiry to the right team.
We primarily support NDIS-funded participants. Service delivery under TAC or WorkSafe funding is subject to provider eligibility, funder approval and written funding authorisation.
