NDIS support for complex situations

Complex Connect is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants with a wide range of needs, including people whose circumstances are complex, changing or difficult to navigate.

We provide Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Support and personalised disability supports, with a focus on understanding the whole situation rather than treating each challenge in isolation.

If Support Coordination is included in your NDIS plan, our team can help you understand your funding, coordinate providers and services, manage complex support arrangements, and navigate challenges within the NDIS.

Personalised Disability Support
Our PERMAH-trained support workers provide individualised one-to-one support focused on capacity building, independence, community participation and meaningful personal goals.
