For NDIS participants requiring Level 2 Coordination of Supports, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
For: NDIS participants with Support Coordination or Recovery Coaching in their plan
PERMAH Workers
For NDIS participants seeking personalised support work focused on community participation, independence, wellbeing and personal goals.
For: NDIS participants with Support Work or Assistance with Daily Life funding
Positive Behaviour Support — Expression of Interest
For NDIS participants who may benefit from Positive Behaviour Support. We are currently accepting expressions of interest for upcoming availability.
For: NDIS participants with Behaviour Support funding or where PBS may be recommended
Specialist Case Management Enquiry
For people with complex disability, ABI, psychosocial, forensic or multi-system needs. Enquiries may involve NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, private or other funding pathways.
For: Individuals, families, professionals and legal representatives with complex multi-system needs
