Understanding your NDIS plan: A Support Coordinator can help you make sense of your NDIS plan, including your supports and funding. They'll work with you to ensure you fully grasp how your plan can help you achieve your goals.

Connecting with services and community resources: Need help finding the right services or resources in your community? A Support Coordinator can connect you with NDIS providers as well as other community, mainstream, and government services that align with your needs and goals.

Building your confidence and skills: Feeling overwhelmed or unsure about coordinating your supports? A Support Coordinator can empower you by building your confidence and skills in managing your supports effectively. They'll help you become more confident in making decisions and advocating for yourself.

As Support Coordinators, we aim to empower you to take control of your NDIS plan, pursue your goals, and improve your overall well-being.

At Complex Connect, we also provide Specialist Support Coordination, and our skilled professionals have extensive and diverse experience managing complex situations. These include, service system barriers in respect to the Justice Systems, Housing, Drug and Alcohol, Mental Health, complex health needs and homelessness, SDA applications and bespoke SDA builds, SIL applications and complex hospital and prison discharges.

Your funding is based on what's Reasonable and Necessary to achieve your goals, along with any help you get from family, friends, or other community and other government services.

Support Coordination is included in your Capacity Building budget if it's needed. This budget gives a set amount for a Support Coordinator to help you use your plan.
